BasePro triggers. STP moves.
Every payment event is logged, reconciled, traceable — no spreadsheet, no WhatsApp confirmation, no manual CLABE entry. STP is the SPEI rail LATAM operators move money on; BasePro is the system that decides when, to whom, and against which property or fund the money moves.
Partner acknowledgment
STP owns the SPEI rail.
STP is the banking infrastructure most Mexican real-estate operators use for SPEI — rent collections, vendor payments, distributions. Its rails are regulated, audited, and battle-tested. BasePro is not building payment infrastructure. The value BasePro adds is upstream of STP: deciding what event triggers which payment, capturing operational context, and downstream of STP: reconciling the bank feed against the ledger that initiated the instruction.
Where the boundary sits
STP moves funds. BasePro authors the instructions and catches the echoes.
STP
SPEI rail movement. Regulated payment execution. Bank-feed emission. CLABE validation. Same-day settlement. Fraud controls at the payment-network level.
BasePro
Payment trigger logic (rent due, vendor approved, distribution scheduled). Property and fund attribution. Pre-flight validation against balances and approvals. Bank-feed reconciliation downstream — does the echo match the instruction?
Money movement stays with the regulated rail. Decision-making, context, and audit stay with BasePro.
Architecture intent
Rent collection, vendor payments, distributions — one ledger, one reconciliation.
The target architecture has BasePro emit payment instructions to STP with full operational context (unit, property, fund, lease, work order, CFDI tag), then matches the bank-feed echo back against the instruction ID. Every SPEI movement has a source-of-truth instruction in BasePro. No spreadsheet tracking outstanding payments, no WhatsApp confirmations, no manual CLABE entry that belongs in a reconciliation system. Ship target: late 2026. Sync-field spec and latency SLAs published once the first reference implementation lands.
Tell us your SPEI volume and payment approval flow.
We're scoping STP integration with LATAM institutional operators whose payment reconciliation currently straddles three systems. If your close involves tracking outstanding SPEIs by hand, we'd like to hear about it.
