Your accounting system closes the books.

BasePro makes sure every operational event lands in it correctly. CFDIs, rent rolls, vendor payments — one source, one truth. Contpaqi is the accounting substrate most Mexican operators already know; BasePro will emit into it rather than asking the accounting team to re-derive what already happened operationally.

Partner acknowledgment

Contpaqi is where Mexican accounting closes.

Contpaqi is the default mid-market accounting platform in Mexico. Chart of accounts, SAT CFDI emission, nómina, and bank reconciliation all sit there for most operators. Fighting Contpaqi would mean rebuilding an accounting system, which is not what BasePro does. The right architecture is complementary: real-estate operations in BasePro, accounting and tax in Contpaqi, clean event traffic between the two.

Where the boundary sits

Contpaqi closes the books. BasePro generates the events that feed them.

Contpaqi

Chart of accounts. SAT CFDI emission. Tax calculation. Nómina. Bank reconciliation at the accounting-book level. Fiscal reports.

BasePro

Rent roll. Vendor AP lines. Work-order costs. Property-level P&L. CFDI metadata capture (who paid for what, on which property, on which fund). Multi-entity roll-up before the data hits the GL.

Operational events are born in BasePro with full property and entity context. They arrive in Contpaqi already reconciled, already coded, already CFDI-tagged.

Architecture intent

Accounting gets clean inputs, not data to re-derive.

The target architecture emits BasePro events (rent collection, vendor payment, CFDI issuance) into Contpaqi as journal entries with full operational context attached — property, entity, fund, work order. Contpaqi books them; BasePro keeps the operational trail. Month-end close stops being a reconciliation sprint between two systems because the systems agree on what happened by the time the month closes. Ship target: late 2026. We publish the sync-field spec and latency SLAs once the first reference implementation lands.

We're scoping the Contpaqi integration with a small group of Mexican FIBRA and fund operators. If your portfolio would benefit from operational events that arrive in Contpaqi already reconciled, we'd like to hear how your close runs today.
