For Developers & Real Estate Firms

From construction handoff to daily operations, on one platform.

STR, LTR, and commercial leases live in the same shell. Vendor coordination runs at project scale. Your next delivery is digitalised the day the keys change hands, not six months later when the operations team asks where the inspection photos are.

Six months is the typical lag between construction handoff and operations digitalisation. You finish a project on schedule. Keys change hands. Operations begins. Six months later, the inspection photos are on someone's phone, the punch-list is in three Excel files, and the vendor contacts are a WhatsApp group chat nobody remembers adding themselves to. BasePro's property onboarding flow accepts the portfolio on day one of operations. Inspections, work orders, lease starts, and compliance queues are live before the construction firm's final invoice clears.

One canonical cockpit for the active development pipeline.

Twelve projects across four lifecycle stages roll up into a single PM cockpit. Per-project stage, milestone progress, budget delta, and capital deployed — all on one canvas. The same canvas your monthly project review opens for stage-gate decisions, your quarterly investor / lender review reads for capital deployment, and your asset-management handoff inherits at stabilisation. No version-of-truth ambiguity, no dev-to-ops migration translating between pre-ops and operations views. The cockpit IS the canonical view; specialists project per-domain depth where their expertise lives.

One platform shell for STR, LTR, and commercial

A vacation-rental portfolio, a long-term leased building, and a commercial tenant roster live in the same BasePro, with property-type configuration preserving what is different without duplicating what is shared. Bookings, leases, maintenance, inspections, vendors, and compliance all speak the same schema. Your mixed portfolio stops being three tools duct-taped together at the reporting layer.

Construction-to-operations handoff, day-one

Property onboarding flows accept the portfolio the day keys change hands. Unit-level inspection photos, punch-list items, warranty documents, vendor contacts, and initial lease starts import through guided flows, not Excel reconciliation. The first inspection finding creates a maintenance order, the first lease start creates a receivable, and the first amenity issue routes a vendor request. Your operations team walks into a platform that already knows the portfolio.

Vendor coordination, at project and portfolio scale

Vendor imports, WhatsApp integration for field communication (Amendment 005), work-order routing, and vendor-quote workflows. A punch-list item dispatched from a post-handover inspection notifies the preferred vendor with photos, location, and asset context. The vendor confirms in WhatsApp; the confirmation lands in the work order; the payment reconciles against the bank feed. Coordination stops being a manual chain of emails and texts that nobody audits.

Cross-LLC project accounting

Developers typically hold projects through separate SPVs or fideicomisos. BasePro's portfolio layer models that: per-project entity config, per-property overrides, one-country-per-org for regulatory clarity. Rent roll, receivables, payables, and transaction records roll up at the project level or consolidate across the firm's portfolio. Your next project gets its own entity without a new consulting engagement to configure it.

Commercial-lease support, not just residential

Commercial tenants operate differently than residential. Multi-year leases, escalation clauses, CAM reconciliation, different renewal cadences. BasePro's commercial property type handles all of that inside the same shell that runs vacation rentals and long-term residential. Mid-market real-estate firms with mixed portfolios stop choosing between a vacation-rental tool that cannot do commercial and a commercial ERP that cannot do vacation rentals.

Commercial leases carry fields residential systems silently lose: CAM, escalation, TI, options, exclusivity. BasePro models them natively, not as text appendices.

Country-scoped compliance, native where you operate

Mexican operations get CFDI 4.0 Path B, ARCO workflow with 20-business-day SLA, LFPIORPI Option Y threshold detection, and SPEI banking identifiers — all active from day one. LFPIORPI detection flags threshold-crossing transactions for your compliance team's manual review. OFAC/EU sanctions screening: fail-closed architecture in place; live screening — Building. US operations get the banking rails and lease schema shaped for that market. Adding a country is a feature flag, not a consulting engagement. Your cross-border project delivery does not require a separate platform per jurisdiction.

Guided product tours at every tier, for rapid staff ramp

NextStepjs nine-step initialisation tour, module-specific walkthroughs via the Help & Resources drawer, prerequisite guards that act as contextual mini-tours when a user hits an action they cannot yet complete. New on-site coordinators, vendor managers, and accounting staff learn by doing. The training programme is not a binder or a consulting engagement. It is the interface itself, available at every tier.
